This antique stone house is located a few steps from the sea, in the lower part of Saint Germain des Vaux, a village bursting with charm and authenticity, at the tip of Cape Cotentin.
Happiness is simple in this family house. Sober lines, luminosity and generous volumes mingle in a natural environment, where land and sea are one!
The building is being renovated, work will be completed for summer 2020.

The rates
For a week from Saturday to Saturday :
- School vacation : 1700 €
- Others : 1.350 €
Arrival after 5 p.m. & departure before 10 a.m.
The price includes the firewood and the consumption of water and electricity as well as the cleaning service at the end of the stay.
A dog is allowed for an additional fee of 70 €.
